What age range are your baby carriers suitable for?
Our carriers are designed to accommodate newborns (from 8 lbs) through toddlers (up to 45 lbs). We offer different sizing options and adjustments to ensure a perfect fit as your baby grows. For newborns, we recommend using the infant insert for proper support.

Are your carriers ergonomic for my baby's hip development?
Yes! All BrecioBaby carriers are designed with hip-healthy positioning in mind. They support your baby in the natural "M" position with knees higher than the bottom, which is recommended by pediatric orthopedic specialists for healthy hip development.

What's the difference between your slings and structured carriers?
Our slings are made from breathable woven fabric and are perfect for quick ups/downs, nursing discreetly, and carrying newborns. Our structured carriers offer more support for longer wearing sessions and heavier babies/toddlers, with padded straps and waistbands for comfort.

How do I know what size carrier to get?
We provide detailed sizing charts for each product. For slings, the size is based on your shoulder-to-hip measurement. For structured carriers, they're adjustable to fit a wide range of body types. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for more versatility.

What materials are used in your carriers?
We use high-quality, breathable materials including:

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 1-2 business days within the US. During sales or product launches, processing may take 1-4 additional business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by location (typically 10-21 business days). Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local post office first. If the package is truly lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help file a claim with the carrier.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes are possible if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately at contact@breciobaby.com with your order number and the correct address. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Exchanges are accepted within 60 days. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Are there any items that can't be returned?
Yes, the following items are final sale:

  • Items marked "Seconds" (with minor cosmetic imperfections)

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been used or washed

  • Personalized products

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Visit our Returns page and enter your order number and email address. You'll be able to print a prepaid return label. Pack your item securely in the original packaging if possible, and drop it off at any UPS location.

Who pays for return shipping?
We provide free return shipping for US customers. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Product Care

How do I clean my baby carrier?
Most of our carriers can be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Always check the specific care instructions on your product's label.

Will the carrier shrink after washing?
Our fabrics are pre-shrunk, but minimal shrinkage (1-3%) may occur. We recommend air drying or using low heat to minimize shrinkage. If you notice significant shrinkage, contact us as this may indicate a manufacturing issue.

How do I store my carrier when not in use?
Store your carrier in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing in plastic bags, which can trap moisture. Many of our carriers come with storage bags, or you can hang them in a closet.

How long will my carrier last?
With proper care, our carriers are designed to last through multiple children. The structured carriers have a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and our slings have a 60-day warranty. The lifespan ultimately depends on frequency of use and care.

Safety & Usage

When can I start using a carrier with my newborn?
You can use our carriers from day one (minimum 8 lbs) with proper newborn positioning. We recommend using our infant insert for newborns under 12 lbs to ensure proper support and positioning.

Can I breastfeed while using the carrier?
Yes! Our carriers are designed to allow for discreet breastfeeding. You can adjust the carrier to lower your baby to nursing height. Many parents find this especially helpful for on-the-go feeding.

What's the weight limit for your carriers?
Our structured carriers support up to 45 lbs, while our slings support up to 35 lbs. Always check the specific weight limits for each product as they may vary slightly.

Are your carriers comfortable for plus-size parents?
Yes, our structured carriers are designed to fit a wide range of body types, with waistbands extending up to 56 inches. Our slings are available in multiple sizes to ensure a proper fit for all body types.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us immediately at contact@breciobaby.com. After 1 hour, your order enters our processing system and cannot be changed.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in any amount from $25 to $500. They're delivered via email and never expire.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
No, we do not allow stacking of discount codes. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
